It’s official !!! It’s official, brothers and sisters. History has been made. Sen. Barack Obama has won the presidential election by defeating the Republican candidate Sen. John McCain of Arizona by a wide margin in the electoral vote, making him the 44th President of the United States of America. The first ever African-American to hold the highest position in world politics. This is more than history in a making. It’s the beginning of the new dawn for the people who believe in true democracy.
For one, I’ll be preparing my trip to DC to attend the inauguration of his mandate on January 20, 2009. I hope everyone who read this post will follow.
Indeed, the United States of America and the world will never be the same.
